1992, Film Juice Starring Omar Epps, and Tupac Shakur is one of the best
Hip Hop Soundtracks of all time. At least thats what I think.
To this day, I don’t think any other has compared. I contuine to listen
to it every day. All of the Lagends in the Hip Hop Communuity
are a part of this infamous Soundtrack. Naughty By Nature, Too Short,
EPMD, Eric B, and Rakim, Cypress Hll, Salt N Pepa, BIG DADDY Kane (Legendary)
Sheat Big Daddy Kane, Don’t even got to Rap in My Book. He can stand on staage for all
I care, and be like YO I’m Big Daddy. lol That would be a hell of a Night for me. lol
MC Pooh, Sex Money and Murder (Honestly You all know what happens when
your listening to that song.) White, Black, Yellow, Green, During that Song
You in Gangsta Mode.. If you are Walking, Well then you start Struttin OG Style, and if you
are in the car, Sheat!! Well YOU KNOW! lol That is what I love about Hip Hop, it brings
you to a level that just can not be reached on other music. In the Past I’ve loved Hip Hop, as
a matter of fact 1990-93 were the most BADAASSSSS Years. In those three years
I must of gone to about 100 shows at Westbury Music Fair. (All Hip Hop) Back then
I was only like 11-14 years of age. My Mother used to drop me off in the front, and Pick me
up when it was over. I had a Friend that use to come with me. You should all only imagine
the lagends who walked those grounds, back then. On or off the Stage. Pre Fame.
I must of met everybody. Its cool, because people will be like Oh I love this Artist, and that
one. I will be like Hung With them, Met them , Saw them. lol. When I saw Naughty By Nature
Well, there were Minor Technacalities. The Place went on fire, and we had to clear, Oh Wait
was that Black Sheep. Hmm. Well any how the concert was reshcedule, but the sick thing was
we had already saw two acts, and when reshcheduled we got to see two more.
The Best Show was EPMD. To this Day I still talk about that show like it was yesterday.
When My Mother Picked me up, I was like Mom When I Grow Up I wanna be a DJ like
DJ Scratch. After that Night I was determined to learn how to Spin Like DJ Scratch.
You should of seen him go, People were going crazy. This was the year Cross Over Was
Popular, So they saved that for the last Song. Anyway back to DJ Dcratch. Ok
He is Doing Like a Solo I guess. You know like Just Spinning going on. He Macking the tables
like I’ve never saw before, OK then he Spinning Scrastching, All of a Sudden he Takes of
his shirt, (Stil Spinning, Turns around, Still Spinning Scratching, Dude Still Scratching then
Jumps up on the tables like a Ninja Martial Artist DJ. lol Scratching Away. To me there
was nothing more special then being at that show. Eric Sermon is the Sheat too.
They were both Great performers, and def worth seeing. I think that Salt N Pepa Speaks for it self
They are also One of the Routes to Hip Hop as we know it. They were amazing on stage, and
I wish sometimes that I could go back to those days. The Hip Hop Was sick, Movies Great.
Anyway if you haven’t seen Juice well its def a must see. I hope you all enjoy the Soundtrack.
Much Love 2 all. Ali Jordana Maltz aka Soul Queen
